OmniTuna Wonton Cups

Cooking time: 20 minutes

Ingredients (12 Servings)
2 cans (200g)

2 tbsp (30g)

  • Celery, diced
½ cup (100g)
  • Red Onion, diced

½ cup (100g)

  • Jalapeno, diced
2 pcs (30-40g)

½ cup (56g)

  • Curly Parsley, chopped

1 tbsp (4g)

  • Crushed Black Pepper

¼ tsp (1.25g)

  • Wonton Wrappers


  • Chopped Parsley, to garnish

As appropriate

  • Sriracha Sauce, optional

1. Preheat the oven at 200°C.


2. In a bowl, combine OmniTuna, vegan mayo,celery, red onion, jalapeno, vegan mozzarella shred, parsley and crushed black pepper. Mix until well combined.


3. Tuck wonton wrappers in and mold into muffin cups. Spoon OmniTuna fillings into the cups. Top with vegan mozzarella shreds. Sprinkle some chopped parsley. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.


4. Transfer to a plate. Drizzle the sriracha sauce over the top, if desired. Serve and enjoy!
