OmniTuna Puff

Cooking time: 40 minutes

Ingredients(12 servings)
2 cans (200g)
  • Vegan Mayo

4 tbsps (60g)

  • Red Bell Pepper (Finely Chopped)
30g
  • Parsley (Finely Chopped)

A handful

  • Salt
As appropriate
  • Black Pepper

As appropriate

  • Ready-to-use Vegan Puff Pastry

2 Sheets (334g)

1 tbsp (15ml)

  • Flour

Steps

1. Preheat an oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

 

2. Line the ready-to-use puff pastry on a lightly floured surface. Use 2 similar cookie cutters of different sizes to cut the 12 base (large cutter) and the walls (small cutter).

 

3. When the bases and the walls are ready, pair them together and pinch to seal the edges. You can slightly wash the edge of the base with non-dairy milk and then place the wall on top.

 

4. Wash the top of the wall with non-dairy milk. Bake them in a preheated oven for 10 -15 mins or until they turn golden brown.

 

5. While the pastry is baking, start to prepare the OmniTuna by draining the liquid content.

 

6. Mix the OmniTuna with vegan mayo, diced red pepper and chopped parsley. Season with salt & pepper.

 

7. Take a spoonful of the OmniTuna mixture and place in the centre of the puff pastry cups. Garnish with chopped parsley and enjoy!
