  • Red Bell Pepper (Shredded)

  • Yellow Bell Pepper (Shredded)

  • Pomelo (Break flesh into segments)

Marinade Sauce
  • Sugar

  • Soy Sauce

  • Sesame Oil
As appropriate
  • Ginger Juice

  • Lime (Juicing)

  • Miso

  • Agave Syrup

  • Black Sesame Oil
3 tbsps
  • Plum Sauce

Steps

1. Marinate OmniPork with marinade sauce for 5 minutes.

 

2. Heat ½ tbsp oil and stir-fry OmniPork into mince, set aside.

 

3. Mix well all sauce ingredients, set aside.

 

4. Arrange all the ingredients (including the cooked OmniPork) on a round plate, and garnish with white sesame and 3 treasure powder. Serve with sauce and enjoy.
