1. In a bowl, combine all meatball ingredients except chopped parsley. Mix until well combined. Scoop a tablespoon (15g) of the Omni Mincel mixture and roll it into a ball.
2. Place Omni meatballs on a baking tray. Brush with oil and bake for 10 minutes at 200°C.
3. In a small saucepan, combine all BBQ sauce ingredients and mix until well combined. Heat to simmer. Store half of the BBQ sauce for other recipes and leave the rest in the saucepan.
4. Transfer cooked Omni meatballs to the saucepan with BBQ sauce. Mix until meatballs are coated. Cook until the sauce is caramelized.
5. Transfer the BBQ Omni meatballs to a plate. Garnish with some chopped parsley. Go green and enjoy!
