Cheesy Mushroom and Vegan Egg Toast

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • Daiya Swiss Style Slices
1 pc (22g)
  • Whole Wheat Bread (Toasted)
2 pcs (50g)
  • Red Onion (Diced)
1/4 pc (25g)
  • Mushroom (Sliced, fried)
3 pcs (54g)
  • Cucumber (Diced)
1/4 pc (40g)
  • Follow Your Heart Vegan Egg
2 tbsps (10g)
  • Vegetable Oil
1 tsp (5ml)
Seasoning
  • Follow Your Heart Vegan Honey Mustard
1 tsp (5g)
Steps

Step 1

Whisk Follow Your Heart vegan egg with ½ cup ice cold water and mix well.

Step 2

In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat. Fry the vegan egg and put aside.

Step 3

On a plate, spread thinly vegan honey mustard onto one slice of whole wheat bread.

Step 4

Put red onion, mushroom, cucumber, fried egg and cheese onto the bread and put another bread slice on top.
