1. Thaw Heura chunk by soaking in warm water for 15-20 minutes.
2. Marinate Heura chunk with marinade sauce for 15 minutes, then remove the excess marinade sauce and set aside. Keep the remaining marinade sauce aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and pan-fry Heura chunk on both side over medium-low heat until aromatic, set aside.
4. Soak broccolini in salt water and rinse under running water.
5. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry broccolini, then add 1/2 cup water and cook with a lid for 3 minutes. Remove the lid and stir-fry until water evaporates.
6. Stir in Heura chunk and the remaining marinade sauce, then stir-fry until thickens.
