Italian Beyond Meatballs

  • Beyond Meatballs (Defrosted)
1 pack (290g)
  • Parsley (Chopped)
2 tsps (6g)
  • Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp (3g)
  • Black Pepper

Sauce
  • Italian Tomato Sauce
1/2 cup (112g)
  • Garlic (Chopped)
3/4 tsp (4g)
  • Onion (Chopped)
1 tbsp (10g)
Steps

1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear Beyond Meatballs for 7 – 8 minutes until golden brown on both sides, set aside.

 

2. Sauté the chopped onion and garlic until fragrant. Then, pour tomato sauce into the skillet and add the Italian seasoning. Bring sauce to simmer until thickens.

 

3. Stir in the meatballs back to the skillet, then cover with a lid and simmer meatballs for up to half an hour. Season with salt and pepper.

 

4. Garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
