1. Blanch shiitake mushroom noodle in boiling water until softened and loosened, drain and set aside.
2. Place stainless steel baking mold into air fryer, brush a little oil.Evenly place shiitake mushroom noodle onto the mold, then air-fry under 180°C for 15 minutes.
3. Wash OmniPork strip thoroughly and set aside.
4. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry carrot and bean sprouts until softened.
5. Add OmniPork strip and stir-fry until aromatic, then stir in soy sauce.
6. Mix potato starch with water and pour in mixture and cook until thickens. Then, season with white pepper powder and salt.
7. Evenly place OmniPork strip mixture into each air-fried noodle and garnish with spring onion.
