1. Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry OmniPork strip for 1 minute until golden brown, cool down and set aside.
2. Pat dry mango strip with kitchen towel, set aside.
3. Place a soy paper and add OmniPork strip, vegenaise, mango strips, then wrap it and roll up, brush mixture of potato starch and water to enclose the soy paper.
4. Dip mango roll in egg evenly, then coat with breadcrumb.
5. Heat oil in a small pot till about 180°C.
6. Deep-fried mango roll over medium heat until golden brown, then drain excessive oil with kitchen towel.
