1. 小青瓜切去頭尾兩端,將切出的部份與切面順時針磨出白色汁液去除澀味,用刨皮刀刨成薄片備用。
2. 新吞拿隔油後,加入甘筍、洋蔥及全部調味料拌勻。
3. 青瓜片末端留少許空位,均勻鋪上新吞拿,卷起以牙籤固定即可。
