Unlimeat Korean Rice Roll

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)

Unlimeat Korean Rice Roll:

  • Unlimeat (Cooked)
200 g
  • Steamed Rice
3 bowls
  • Nori Sheet
4 pcs
  • Carrot (Julienned)
1/2 pc
  • Korean Lettuce Leaves
4 pcs
  • Korean Yellow Pickled Radish Strip
4 pcs
  • Salt
1 tsp (5g)
  • Sesame Oil
1 tsp (5ml)
  • Sesame Seed
1 tsp (5g)



Mustard Dipping Sauce:

  • Light Mustard Paste
1 tsp (5g)
  • Sugar
2 tsps (10g)
  • Vinegar
1 tsp (5ml)
  • Soy Sauce
1 tbsp (14ml)
  • Water
1 tbsp (15ml)

Step 1

Season steamed rice with sesame oil, sesame seed and salt evenly and mix well.

Step 2

Heat the oil and stir fry carrots until softened, then season with a pinch of salt.

Step 3

Cut 4 nori sheets into half and spread the rice evenly over the nori sheet.

Step 4

Place Korean lettuce leaves, Unlimeat, Korean yellow pickled radish strip and carrots on top of the rice.

Step 5

Lift the bottom edge and gently roll over the filling to make gimbap. Enjoy!

Step 6

Plus, make a mustard sauce and dip it.
