Stir-fried Char-Siu Noodles

Replacing traditional stir-fried beef noodles with vegan char-siu and quinoa noodles can effectively lower cholesterol and fat content while preserving the taste of local Hong Kong cuisine.

 

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • Vegelink Cantonese Style BBQ (Diced)
1/4 pack (75g)
  • Chering Chang Organic Quinoa Noodles
1 pc (70g)
  • Bean Sprouts
1/2 cup (52g)
  • Onion (Sliced)
1/4 pc (28g)
  • Olive Oil
1 tbsp (14ml)
Seasoning
  • Mrs. So Sauce Porcini & Mushroom Sauce
1 tsp (5g)
  • Dark Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp (3ml)
  • Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp (3ml)
Steps

Step 1

Cook quinoa noodles for 1 minute in boiling water. Then drain and set aside.

Step 2

Heat frying pan over medium heat, add olive oil and stir-fry the onion, and bean sprouts.

Step 3

Add Vegelink Cantonese style BBQ and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Step 4

Add noodles and all the seasoning into the frying pan and stir well. Enjoy!
