1. Thinly slice turnip (about 2mm), then steam 5-6 minutes until softened, cool down and set aside.
2. Mix OmniPork with marinade sauce, set aside.
3. Heat a little oil in a pan, stir-fry shiitake mushroom and shallot until aromatic, then take out and mix well with OmniPork.
4. Place 1 teaspoon OmniPork mixture onto turnip slice and fold them up.
5. Steam turnip roll over high heat for 10 minutes until cooked.
6. Mix all sauce ingredients and pour hot oil over the sauce, then drizzle on steamed turnip roll. Enjoy!
