Soya Veggie Pot

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • Raw Broccoli Florets (Cut into pieces)
1 cup (91g)
  • Baby Chinese Cabbage
2 pcs (100g)
  • Tofu (Diced)
1/3 block (75g)
  • Carrot (Sliced)
1/2 pc (31g)
  • Glass Noodles (Soaked)
1/4 pack (50g)
  • The Bridge Organic Natural Soya Drink
2 cups (500ml)
Seasoning
  • Sugar

Steps

Step 1

Slightly blanch broccoli florets and carrot in boiling water for 2 minutes.

Step 2

Add all ingredients and the soya drink into the pot, cook around 4 to 5 minutes until vegetables become soft.
