OmniPork Luncheon Kimchi Fried Rice

Ingredients (2-3 Servings)
  • OmniPork Luncheon
4 pcs (160g)
  • JUST Folded Egg
2 pcs (114g)
  • Uncooked Rice
1 cup (200g)
  • Vegan Kimchi (Chopped)
150 g
  • Carrot (Diced)
1 ½ pc (100g)
  • Corn Kernel
100 g
  • Spring Onion (Chopped)
10 stalks (50g)
  • Japanese / Korean Nori
As appropriate
  • Korean Sesame
As appropriate
  • Oil
3 tbsps (45ml)
  • Korean Chili Sauce
4 tsps (20g)
  • Salt
2 tsps (10g)
  • Sugar
1 tsp (5g)


1. Cook the rice, cool down and set aside.


2. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan, pan-fry OmniPork Luncheon and JUST folded egg over medium low heat on each side for 1 minute and 30 seconds, set aside. Dice when they cool down, set aside.


3. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan, pan-fry diced carrot and corn kernel until softened. Then, stir in vegan kimchi and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar.


4. Turn to low heat and stir in white rice until it separates. Then, add 1 teaspoon of salt and 4 teaspoons of chili sauce, mix well.


5. Turn to medium low heat, add OmniPork Luncheon, JUST folded egg and spring onion, stir well and done!


6. Serve with Japanese nori shreds and sesame or wrap around the fried rice with nori. Enjoy!
