Nabeyaki Udon with OmniPork Strips

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • OmniPork Strip (Defrosted)
1/3 pack (50g)
  • Onion (Cut into strip)
1/4 pc (28g)
  • Udon
1 pack (200g)
  • Abura-age (Cut into 3 pieces)
1 pc (15g)
  • Japanese Pea Shoots (Cut into pieces)
As appropriate
  • Marmoreal Mushroom (Destemmed)
As appropriate
  • Cherry Tomato (Halved)
3 pcs (21g)
  • Soy Sauce
3 tbsps (45ml)
  • Mirin
2 tbsps (30ml)
  • Sesame Oil
2 tsps (10ml)
  • Water
300 ml
  • Oil
As appropriate

1. Cook udon in boiling water until cooked.


2. Mix soy sauce, mirin, sesame oil and water well, set aside.


3. Heat a pan over medium heat and pour in oil, stir-fry onion and OmniPork strip until aromatic, set aside.


4. Place udon in the pot and top with onion, OmniPork strip, abura-age, pea shoots. Marmoreal mushroom and cherry tomato.


5. Pour in soy sauce mixture and bring to a boil over medium heat, then cook for another 1 minute. Enjoy!
