Moving Mountains Fish Finger Sandwich

  • Moving Mountain Fish Finger

  • Thick White Bread
4 slices (280g)
  • Iceberg Lettuce
As appropriate
  • Tomato Ketchup
As appropriate
  • Vegetable Oil
150 ml
Tartar Sauce
  • Capers (Finely Diced)
2 tbsps (17g)
  • Pickled Gherkins (Finely Diced)
2 pcs (20g)
  • Vegan Mayonnaise
2 tbsps (30g)
  • Red Onion (Finely Diced)
1/2 pc (55g)
  • Lemon (Juicing)
1 pc (65g)

1. Tartar Sauce: Mix all ingredients well, set aside.


2. Heat oil in a pan, pan-fry Moving Mountain fish finger over medium heat for about 5 minutes until golden brown.


3. Spread a layer of tartar sauce onto a bread, then place iceberg lettuce and 3 pieces of Moving Mountain fish finger. Spread a layer of ketchup onto another bread, assemble the sandwich and cut into half. Enjoy!
