Korean OmniPork Strips with Yuzu Spicy Sauce

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • OmniPork Strip (Defrosted)
80 g
  • Cucumber (Shredded)
1 pc (200g)
  • Oil
1 tbsp (14ml)
  • Potato Starch
1 tsp (2g)
  • Water
30 ml
Seasoning
  • Vegan Yuzu Honey
1 tbsp (20g)
  • Korean Hot Pepper Paste
1 tbsp (15g)
Steps

1. Wash frozen OmniPork Strip and scatter for easier cooking.

 

2. Mix vegan yuzu honey and Korean hot pepper paste well, set aside.

 

3. Heat a pan and pour in oil, then pan-fry OmniPork Strip for about 1 minute.

 

4. Stir in yuzu spicy sauce and add the mixture of potato starch and water, stir until thickens.

 

5. Serve with shredded cucumber. Enjoy!
