Hong Kong Style Western Fried Rice

Ingredients (1 Serving)
  • JUST Plant-based Folded Egg
1 pc (57g)
  • Moving Mountains Plant-based Hot Dog (Defrosted)
1 pc (80g)
  • White Rice (Cooked)
1 bowl (200g)
  • Tomato (Diced)
1 pc (125g)
  • Tricolor Beans
2 tbsps (30g)
  • Ketchup
1 tbsp (15g)
  • Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbsp (15ml)
Steps

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and pan-fry JUST folded egg for 5 minutes, flip halfway through. Then, cut JUST egg into strips, set aside.

 

2. Pan-fry Moving Mountain plant-based hot dog over medium heat for 5-8 minutes until heated thoroughly and slice them.

 

3. In a pan, stir-fry diced tomato and tricolor beans until aromatic, then stir in white rice until the rice separates.

 

4. Add sliced JUST egg, Moving Mountains hot dog slices, ketchup and worcestershire sauce, stir well. Enjoy!
