Hash Brown Sausage Burger

Ingredients (2 Servings)
  • Moving Mountain Sausage Burgers
2 pcs
  • Large Potato (peeled)
3 pcs (510g)
  • Plain Flour
60 g
  • Onion (finely chopped)
1 pc (110g)
  • Olive Oil
2 tbsps (30ml)
  • Plant-Based Cheese
2 slices (22g)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Tomato Ketchup

1. Coarsely grate potato and squeeze out excess water with a tea towel.


2. In a mixing bowl, mix potato, flour, chopped onion, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper well.


3. Divide into 4 and shape into balls, then form into patties.


4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and pan-fry hash brown for about 3-5 minutes on both sides until golden brown and crispy, then keep warm in the oven.


5. In the same pan, pan-fry the Sausage Burgers for 10 minutes, flipping regularly, then place vegan cheese on top of the sausage burger and cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts.


6. Assemble the hash brown burger by sandwiching sausage burger and tomato ketchup. Enjoy!
