BBQ Chik’n Mac N’ Cheese

  • Alpha Foods Nugget Original Chik’n
1 pack (309g)
  • BBQ Sauce
1/2 cup (112g)
  • Elbow Macaroni
2 cups (227g)
  • Vegan Butter
4 tbsps (57g)
  • All-Purpose Flour
3 tbsps (45g)
  • Oatmilk / Almond Milk
2 cups (480 ml)
  • Vegan Cheese Shreds
225 g
  • Vegan Ranch
  • Green Onion
  • Nutritional Yeast
2 tbsps (30g)
  • Garlic Salt
1/2 tsp (3g)
  • Turmeric
1/2 tsp (3g)
  • Smoked Paprika
1 tsp (5g)
  • Salt

1. Cook macaroni and Alpha nuggets according to package instructions. Or air-fry Alpha nuggets under 200°C for 14-16 minutes, flip halfway.


2. Heat a pan and melt vegan butter over medium heat. Then, add 1 tablespoon flour per time and whisk between each tablespoon. Whisk thoroughly and cook for 1 minute.


3. Pour in 1/2 cup plant milk per time and whisk between each cup. Then, bring to a boil and stir in vegan cheese shreds until cheese melts.


4. Season with all seasonings, then toss cheese sauce with macaroni.


5. In a large mixing bowl, toss Alpha nuggets with BBQ sauce to coat.


6. Plate the Mac n’ Cheese up and top with BBQ nuggets. Garnish with vegan ranch and green onion.
