No Bake Chocolate Tart with Strawberries

Ingredients (2 Servings) :

 

Tart:

  • Biscuits (Any Brand)
125 g
  • The Nutter Company Hazelnut Chocolate
1.5 tbsps (30g)

 

Filling:

  • Barista Blend Oat Milk
475 ml
  • Cornstarch
2 tbsps (16g)
  • Brown Sugar
2 tbsps (18g)
  • BEANBAG Cacao Powder
2 tsps (6g)

 

Decoration:

  • Strawberries
As appropriate

 

Cooking Steps :

Tart:

  1. Prepare a bowl of hot water. Add hazelnut chocolate paste in another smaller bowl. Warm and soften the hazelnut chocolate paste in hot water.
  2. Put the biscuits into a food storage bag. Grind into crumble using a rolling pin.
  3. Mix the biscuit crumble and hazelnut chocolate paste.
  4. Press the crumble into a tart mold to make a crust. Put it into the fridge for 30 minutes.

Filling:

  1. Mix 5 tbsps of non-dairy milk with cornstarch.
  2. Boil 400ml of non-dairy milk in a pot with low-heat. Whisk in the sugar/sweetener and cornstarch mixture. Stir constantly and let it thicken.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in cacao powder. Set aside and let it cool slightly.
  4. Take out the crust from the fridge. Add filling into the mold.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  6. Remove tart from the mold. Top with strawberries. Ready to serve.
