Terms and Conditions:

Green Common membership program is operated by Common Good Trading Limited and is governed by the following Terms and Conditions. By applying for Green Common membership, you agree that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them; you further agree to provide with us your personal data (“Personal Data”, as defined in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Cap.486) of Hong Kong), and agree that we may collect and use your Personal Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy Statement.

1. Application for Membership

i. Membership program is not applicable for GREAT Green Common Deil Counters.
ii. Applying for Green Common membership is free provided, applicant have to complete paper or online application form in full (Applicants must beaged 18 years or above).
iii. Successful applicants will be given a member card or e-member card.
iv. To ensure Green Common members receiving our promotional offers and discounts, members may be requested to supplement or provide us with their complete and accurate personal data, including name, phone number, email address, birthday information and address.
v. To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any claim, demand, liability or action resulting from customer/member’s omission, neglect and/or failure to supply us with your updated information, or from the accuracy and completeness of those data.
vi. Members can call the Customer Service Hotline 2263 3153 (Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm) for enquiries.

 

2. Common Points

i. By showing your member card or login your member account, you can earn 1 Common Point for every dollar spent at Green Common . Every 250 Common Points can be redeemed as HK$1 at Green Common stores. Common Points will be updated simultaneously after shopping each time.
ii. Common Points can only be used as cash dollars redemption for the next purchase. They cannot be redeemed for cash.
iii. Members must present their member card or e-membership card while redeeming cash dollars in stores. Green Common has the right to request members to provide personal information for verification purposes.
iv. The Common Point records of Green Common shall prevail. Green Common will not accept any claim of missing Common Points after transaction.
v. Common Points are non-transferable, non-divisible and cannot be combined for different membership accounts.
vi. All the Common Points will expire after one year of earning. Any expired Common Point shall be forfeited automatically and customers shall not be entitled to any form of compensation.
vii. VIP status is valid from the date of issuing for 1 year. Accumulated spending upon $3,000 within the membership period will extend 1 year, otherwise, the member will become a normal member.
viii. The exclusive 5% off offer for VIP is not applicable to consignment items and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions/offers.
ix. n case of physical member card lost for those who have never signed in online at Green Common website, Green Common will not, under any circumstances, reissue the card and Common Points. Green Common shall not be liable for any loss borne by the member after card losing.

 

3. General

i. Reminders of member benefits and promotions will be sent to members via email or SMS. Members should provide valid email address and mobile phone number to avoid missing important notices.
ii. Green Common is not responsible for any case of undelivered email messages or notifications.
iii. Green Common is not responsible for any loss of Common Points due to technological or system problems.
iv. Green Common reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
v. Should there be any dispute, Green Common reserves the right of final decision.
