Essentia by Holger Deh is founded by the award-winning pastry Chef Holger Deh, former Area Executive Pastry Chef (Asia) based at Rosewood Hong Kong. The patisserie came from a conversation where the limitation of plant-based patisserie items became a topic. To uphold the sustainable eating concept, all plant-based pastries are made with natural and healthier plant-based ingredients and contain no animal products or by-products.
