Home delivery service is applicable to all orders.
For delivery address without elevators, the delivery staff may require the customer to pick up products at the ground floor of Tong Lau / the gateway of the village. If needed to deliver to your address, we may offer service up to 5th floor with surcharge. A delivery surcharge may be collected by delivery staff when you receive the goods.
You must indicate when check-out if the delivery address is not supported with elevator. Green Common reserves the right to collect surcharge without prior notice.
All orders above HK$350 net after applying promotion codes are eligible for our FREE home delivery service. Orders below the above stated amounts are subjected to delivery surcharges, HK$55 for home delivery. Each order can only be delivered to one location.
We currently provide delivery service on Mondays to Saturdays (except public holidays) from 9a.m. to 7p.m. (The courier will further confirm the pick-up time with the customer.)
Our service covers Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories and designated outlying islands (ONLY Tung Chung, Ma Wan and Discovery Bay).*
*Ma Wan and Discovery Bay: ONLY available on Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
-If elevator is not available at delivery address: Please indicate when check-out, Green Common reserves the right to charge additional costs without prior notice.
-If delivery address is Tong Lau, Village, Village Houses: the courier will further confirm the pick up point with the customer
-If courier van cannot reach the address directly: Only drop off at carpark or village gate.
We do not make deliveries to the following areas:
-Lung Kwu Tan, Lok Ma Chau, Lau Fau Shan, Mai Po, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Fanling Ping Che (including Ta Kwu Ling), Man Kam To, Tai Po – Plover Cove (Including Luk Keng), Tai Po Lin Au, Sai Kung – Pak Tam Chung (including Hoi Ha Wan), Sai Kung – Yung Shue O, Clear Water Bay – Po Toi O, Clear Water Bay – Tai Miu, Shatin - Sheung Wo Che/Ha Wo Che, Shatin - Fa Sam Hang, Temple Hill, Lei Yue Mun Praya Road, and other Outlying Islands under out of ‘Available Area’.
-Restricted districts (Airport, Container Ports, Terminals), central warehouses, receiving department of hotels and areas that vans cannot access,
-Areas require parking fee,
-All country parks.
After you click "Proceed to Checkout" from "My Shopping Cart", and finish selecting your delivery address, you are directed to the "Select Your Delivery Date" page. You can choose your preferred date on this page, and continue with your checkout procedure.
You can change or add more delivery addresses in "My Account", or you can do this at the "Delivery Address" page during checkout.
1. For Existing Members (registered on 10 Nov 2018 or before) from In-store:
Set a new password for your user account, by following instructions in our Welcome Email. You can either login via your registered email or social media (if your registered email is the same as Facebook or Google).

If you add items into shopping cart and logout before placing an order, these items will be saved in your shopping cart. Next time when you login greencommon.com, you can still checkout with these items. However, as system does not keep the stock for the items saved in shopping cart, the items may be sold out at that time although they are saved in the cart previously.

Sure. You can change or add more delivery addresses in "My Account", or you can do this at the "Delivery Address" page during checkout. You can also change your default delivery address anytime on the same page. Please note that each order can only be delivered to one single delivery address. To deliver items to an additional address, please place a new order.

Common Point is equivalent to the same face value of Hong Kong Dollar and used in rebate/refund when customers shop at Green Common.
